Bring your little ones in to celebrate Halloween at Cabela’s on Thursday from 3-6:30 p.m. You can take a stroll through the haunted aquarium, trick-or-treat with the outfitters and create healthy Halloween greats. Hosts a Free Adventure for Children at The Gateway Mall

Disney On Ice presents Passport to Adventure will host a free event in the Grand Hall at The Gateway Mall to help bring the magic of Disney to Utah children and their families. Upon arrival, children will receive a special Disney passport that will guide them through four activity stations representing Africa (The Lion King), Never Never Land (Peter Pan), Under the Sea (The Little Mermaid) and Hawaii (Lilo & Stitch) – the four magical Disney destinations featured in Passport to Adventure. The stations will feature educational activities, crafts, prizes and volunteers from the community to help the kids experience these Disney worlds. Following the adventure tour, children are invited to have their photo taken with a special surprise Disney character guest!

Activities includes:
Africa: volunteers from Art Access will help children create lion masks
Never Never Land: storytime with the Salt Lake County Library
Under the Sea: children will “fish” for snarfblats, dinglehoppers and other treasures
Hawaii: children will learn to Hula dance

Provo Recreation Halloween Carnival

Grab your costumes and head to the Provo Recreation Center for a great Halloween carnival on Halloween from 5-10 pm.  There will be activities, meet-and-greets, and trick-or-treating!

For the older ones, there will be a zombie graveyard, haunted asylum, and clown hallway in the Haunted House of Horrors. This portion of the event is best for adults and youth over age 10.

This event is free for Rec Members or $5/adults, $4/children.

So you’ve got your Halloween day planned out with the Halloween events and activities in Utah County but what are you going to eat?  Here is a list of restaurants in Utah County that are offering free food on Halloween in Utah County (and surrounding areas), or at least discounts!

Chipotle Mexican Grill – Dress in a costume and go in from 4 pm to close and you will receive a  burrito, bowl, salad, or an order of tacos for just $3. All proceeds up to $1,000,000 that day will benefit the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation.

Famous Dave’s – Buy 1 entree, Get 1 FREE on Halloween.

Happy Sumo – All Special Rolls, appetizers, entrees, and desserts are half off from 4 pm to close.  Must have VIP voucher.

Iceberg – After liking their Facebook page, you can buy one shake and get one shake free on Halloween.

Jamba Juice – Kids 8 and under can get a free kids’ smoothie on Halloween from 2-7 pm.  No purchase necessary and is available while supplies last.  The Orem Center Street and the University Parkway in Provo Jamba stores are participating in Utah County.  Check to make sure your local Jamba Juice store is as well.

IHOP – Kids get a FREE Scary Face Pancake on Halloween from 7 am – 10 pm for kids 12 years old and younger.

Krispy Kreme – Locations are offering a free Halloween or Pumpkin Spice doughnut when you wear your costume to their store on Halloween. (Not participating in Utah County, however, they usually give away a free doughnut just for going in.)

Little Caesars – Check your local store for free plastic trick or treat bags with a coupon for free Crazy Bread on them.

LongHorn Steakhouse – Free kids meal with the purchase of each adult entree by signing up for their Hospitality Club. Must present coupon, valid October 28-31.

Malawi’s Pizza – Kids eat free with an adult.  Available October 28-31.  Valid for kids’ menu items only.

Olive Garden – Free Kids meal with the purchase of each adult entree with sign up for Olive Garden’s email newsletter. Must present coupon, valid October 28-31.

Outback Steakhouse – Free kids meal with purchase of an adult entree.

Panda Express – Kids eat Free when they wear their costumes on Halloween from 5 – 8 pm. No coupon needed. Ages 11 and under.  (Not participating in Utah County.)

Village Inn – Village Inn has released a weeks worth of coupons, one good for each day this week.

Wendy’s Halloween Frosty Coupon Book – Buy a $1 Frosty Coupon Book with 5 coupons for a Free Jr. Frosty that you can give out to trick-or-treaters. Every book sold will also benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
