So you’ve got your Halloween day planned out with the Halloween events and activities in Utah County but what are you going to eat? Here is a list of restaurants in Utah County that are offering free food on Halloween in Utah County (and surrounding areas), or at least discounts!
Chipotle Mexican Grill – Dress in a costume and go in from 4 pm to close and you will receive a burrito, bowl, salad, or an order of tacos for just $3. All proceeds up to $1,000,000 that day will benefit the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation.
Famous Dave’s – Buy 1 entree, Get 1 FREE on Halloween.
Happy Sumo – All Special Rolls, appetizers, entrees, and desserts are half off from 4 pm to close. Must have VIP voucher.
Iceberg – After liking their Facebook page, you can buy one shake and get one shake free on Halloween.
Jamba Juice – Kids 8 and under can get a free kids’ smoothie on Halloween from 2-7 pm. No purchase necessary and is available while supplies last. The Orem Center Street and the University Parkway in Provo Jamba stores are participating in Utah County. Check to make sure your local Jamba Juice store is as well.
IHOP – Kids get a FREE Scary Face Pancake on Halloween from 7 am – 10 pm for kids 12 years old and younger.
Krispy Kreme – Locations are offering a free Halloween or Pumpkin Spice doughnut when you wear your costume to their store on Halloween. (Not participating in Utah County, however, they usually give away a free doughnut just for going in.)
Little Caesars – Check your local store for free plastic trick or treat bags with a coupon for free Crazy Bread on them.
LongHorn Steakhouse – Free kids meal with the purchase of each adult entree by signing up for their Hospitality Club. Must present coupon, valid October 28-31.
Malawi’s Pizza – Kids eat free with an adult. Available October 28-31. Valid for kids’ menu items only.
Olive Garden – Free Kids meal with the purchase of each adult entree with sign up for Olive Garden’s email newsletter. Must present coupon, valid October 28-31.
Outback Steakhouse – Free kids meal with purchase of an adult entree.
Panda Express – Kids eat Free when they wear their costumes on Halloween from 5 – 8 pm. No coupon needed. Ages 11 and under. (Not participating in Utah County.)
PF Chang’s – Check their Facebook for $10 off your $40 purchase on their “print special offer” tab. Expires 11/24/2014. Or order online and get 20% off with coupon code TREAT at checkout – valid thru 10/31.
Papa John’s – Place an order of $15 or more and get a Free Large Pizza on your next order with code GOOD.
Red Lobster – Free Kids meal with adult dinner entree via Facebook. Valid Mon-Thurs and must print coupon.
Sweet Tooth Fairy – Get a free Halloween Cupcake at any Utah location from 10:30 am – 7 pm on October 31 when you wear your costume to their store. Adults in costume get one, too!
Sweet Tomatoes – Kids Eat Free with every full-priced adult meal, no costume or coupon needed. Valid October 28-31.
Sonic – Get a Corn Dog on Halloween for only $0.50.
Village Inn – Village Inn has released a weeks worth of coupons, one good for each day this week.
Wendy’s Halloween Frosty Coupon Book – Buy a $1 Frosty Coupon Book with 5 coupons for a Free Jr. Frosty that you can give out to trick-or-treaters. Every book sold will also benefit the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
Which Wich – Free kidswich with the purchase of any wich.
Z’Tejas – 20% off of a to-go order on Halloween after 4 pm. Must present coupon. You can sign up to receive their emails to receive the coupon.

So, no panda in Utah county is participating and krispy kreme in Orem isn’t either.
Thank you for the info! I was just thinking of checking but I appreciate that you got to it before me! However, if you go into a Krispy Kreme, usually they give you a free doughnut anyway, right? Thanks again!
