“A Night on Broadway” is a concert extravaganza that is currently showing at the Covey Center. It includes a wide variety of song and dance from the 1900s that show the diversity of Broadway and its performances.
“A Night on Broadway” is great for all ages (ages 8 and up are allowed into the theater) and is perfect for those of you who love listening to music. My favorites were “Music of the Night” from Phantom of the Opera and “Defying Gravity” from Wicked. And when you go, make sure to watch Preston Yates, the man who played the Phantom during BYU’s showing of Phantom of the Opera.
There is still plenty of time to catch this production. It will run on August 29, 30, September 5, 6, 12, and 13 at 7:30 pm at the Covey Center.
