How does a consignment sale work?

KIDSmart’s Fall 2016 consignment is coming up soon on September 15-17 at the Utah Valley Convention Center. If you are looking to buy some consigned baby/children things/clothes or sale your own, this is your chance!

Set up

  • Monday, September 12, 10 AM to 3 PM

Drop off

  • Tuesday, September 13, 12 PM to 8 PM

Pre-sales

  • Volunteers working 2+ volunteer shifts: Wednesday, September 14, 11 AM
  • Volunteers working 1 volunteer shift: Wednesday, September 14, 12 PM
  • Consignors: Wednesday, September 14, 1 PM
  • Homeschool families: Wednesday, September 14, 3 PM
  • First-time moms: Wednesday, September 14, 5 PM
  • Grandparents: Wednesday, September 14, 6 PM

All pre-sales can shop starting at their assigned time. Pre-sales close Wednesday, September 14, at 8 PM.

General public sales

  • Thursday, September 15, 10 AM to 8 PM
  • Friday, September 16, 10 AM to 8 PM

Volunteer discount pre-sale! Half off discounted items! (This runs during the last hours of the general public sale)

  • Volunteers working 2+ volunteer shifts: Friday, September 16, 5 PM
  • Volunteers working 1 volunteer shift: Friday, September 16, 6:30 PM

Discount day! Half off discounted items!

Sorting & Breakdown

Pick up unsold items (for those not donated to charity)
