Chalk the Block that is held at the Shop at Riverwoods in Provo (4801 N. University Avenue) is hosting this chalking event to children with special needs. There are some incredible artists that will amaze you. This event is free to attend.
This year it will be held from September 17-19. There will be over 300 artists with food and other activities.
