Spanish Fork’s splash pad is very simple yet kids seem to have a blast at it.
My favorite thing about the Spanish Fork splash pad is how much water was coming out of the ground for the kids to splash in. It is not pictured in this photo very well, but the water pressure, most of the time, was fairly high and there was a lot of water to get you soaking wet, quite fast.
My least favorite thing about the splash pad is the lack of water toys. It is a simple splash pad.
Other things about the splash pad: There is no shade around the splash pad. Luckily when I went, my friend brought her huge umbrella which created enough shade for the six of us, however, unless you bring your own shade, there is no shade. The restrooms are next to the splash pad and although the floors were really slick from all the water on them (my daughter fell three times), they were clean and nice. There is at least one picnic table close by, however, no shade over it. There are no benches surrounding the splash pad, however, you can sit on a small, grassy hill, a flat area of grass, or the cement. There is also a really nice, fun park just northwest of the splash pad with shade covering the park and two shaded pavilions right next to it.
