The Best Utah County Family Bike Trails
The Provo River Parkway trail is a popular choice for families and college students in Provo. It is 15 miles long and passes by the beautiful Bridal Veil Falls. There are picnic areas along the trail where you can stop and eat with your family.
The Murdock Canal Trail is a great new trail that runs from Lehi to Orem. There are access points in other cities, as well. These include Lindon, Pleasant Grove, and Highland. This is one of our favorite family bike trails.
- Skipper Bay Trail
This trail stretches for about 2 miles around Utah Lake in Provo. It is a great ride for kids, who can see the many different plants and animals that live around the lake. Bikes and pets are allowed.
Hobble Creek Parkway is a 4.5-mile trail in Springville, Utah. This is a very scenic ride, especially during the spring. You and your family will ride past trees and water while enjoying a relatively easy ride.
The Carterville Road trail runs along the border of Provo and Orem. Its suburban location makes for an easy, quick family ride. The trail starts behind the Ancestry.com office building.
