Ben & Jerry’s offers a free ice cream day on April 14, 2015, however, Utah doesn’t have a location! So instead, the Parks family hosts a free cone day each year. They are offering all of the free Ben & Jerry’s ice cream you would like, just one scoop per time through the line, however.
