“Country Fun in the Sun” is this year’s Lindon Days theme. Lindon Days 20214 will run from August 4-9.
Monday, August 4
- Car Show: 4-9 pm, Lindon City Park (200 N State Street)
Tuesday, August 5
- Night Out Against Crime: 7:30 pm, Lindon City Park (200 N. State Street), presentations on safety with fun activities to teach safety and awareness will be preformed by the Lindon Police Department.
- After the presentation, there will be free ice cream and a free frisbee toss
- At dusk, “The Lego Movie” will be shown on an outdoor movie screen
Wednesday, August 6
- Huck Finn Fishing: 6:30 pm, Creekside Park (600 W 100 S)
- Lawnmower Race: 7 pm, Pheasant Brook Park (800 W 400 N)
Thursday, August 7
- Free swim: 12:30-6 pm, Lindon Aquatics Center (60 N 60 W), use the coupon that will be printed in the Lindon Days Booklet
- Lazy River Duck Race, 3 pm
- Dime Dive, 3:30 pm
- Flag Retirement Ceremony & Military Tribute: 7 pm, Main Park Horse Arena (200 N Main Street)
Friday, August 8
- Kids Fair: 3-7 pm, Lindon City Park (200 N State Street)
- Family Arena Events: 7 pm, Lindon City Park (200 N State Street)
- Mayor’s Candy Scramble: 7:30 pm at the Rodeo Half Time
- Youth Dance: 8-10 pm, West Community Center Parking Lot (60 N 60 W), ages 12-18 years old
Saturday, August 9
- Flag Raising Ceremony: 7 am, Lindon Community Center (25 N Main Street)
- 5K Race Run: 7:30 am (after Flag Ceremony)
- Chuck Wagon/Mayor’s Breakfast: 7:30 am, Lindon Community Center (25 N Main Street), Children $2, Adults $5, Family of 4 $15
- Grand Parade: 10 am, Center Street and 900 East to 60 North and Main Street
- Entertainment and Fair in the Park: 1-6 pm, Lindon City Main Park Pavilion
- Mini Rodeo: 6 pm, Lindon Horse Arena, spectators are free (bring chairs and blankets)
- Concert & Fireworks: 8 pm, Pheasant Brook Park (800 W 400 N) with Maddie Wilson in concert
