Join hundreds of individuals on Saturday, August 16 who will run, walk, and cheer to help raise awareness for cardiovascular disease (CVD), which includes heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure. CVD is the number one killer of women and men in the United States. It is also a leading cause of disability, preventing Americans from working and enjoying family activities.

This FREE 5K begins at Rice Eccles Stadium and continues across the University of Utah campus.
We will kick off this year’s Be Well Utah—Run in Rhythm 5K at 8:30 am so be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes early to sign in and pick up your race goodies – including a t-shirt for the first 600 registrants.

Register for the Be Well Utah—Run in Rhythm 5K. First 600 people to register will receive a free t-shirt! Please review the Be Well Utah—Run in Rhythm 5K consent form prior to completing the registration. This consent form must be agreed to in order to participate in the Be Well Utah—Run in Rhythm 5K.

Note: Families are invited to walk the 5K with their kids.
