Movies in the Park 2014 – Utah County

Pleasant Grove

Movies will be shown on the hill on the East side of the Community Center, 547 South Locust Avenue.  Movies will begin at approximately 9:00 pm or at dusk, whichever occurs first.  Gates open at 8:00 pm.  Come early for prizes, games, and inflatables.  Concessions will also be available.  In the case of bad weather, movies will be moved inside the recreation center.

• Friday, August 8 – “Despicable Me 2”

Downtown Provo

The Outdoor Summer Cinema will provide movies in the “park,” except for they will be held between Gloria’s Little Italy and Enlighten on Center Street.  Each movie will begin around 9:00 pm.

Lindon

These movies in the park will be held at various locations.

• Monday, June 30 – “Frozen” at Meadows Park
• Wednesday, July 16 – “Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2” at Creekside Park
• Tuesday, August 5 – “Lego Movie” at City Center Park
• Friday, September 5 – “Despicable Me 2” at Citizenship Park

Springville

Movies in the park will be held at Spring Acres Arts Park (700 South 1300 East).  Gates open at 7:00 pm with the movies beginning at dusk or around 9:00 pm.  Concessions will be available for purchase.

• Monday, July 14 – “Ice Age 4:  Continental Drift”
• Monday, July 21 – “Turbo”
• Monday, August 4 – “The Croods”
• Monday, August 11 – “Despicable Me 2”

American Fork

This movie in the park will be a part of the American Fork Steel Days.  The movie will begin around 6:00 pm at the American Fork Ampitheater.  Free children’s games will also be provided.

Spanish Fork

This movie in the park will be held in connection with Fiesta Days.  It will be held at the Sports Park Football Field at about 9:15 pm.  Concessions will be available for purchase.

Santaquin

This movie in the park will be held behind the recreation office (45 West 100 South) around 9:00 pm.  It will also be in connection with Orchard Days.

Provo

Movies in the park will be held at Rock Canyon Park (2620 N 1200 E) at dusk or about 9:00 pm, whichever comes first.

This movie in the park will be held at the Loafer View Recreation Complex, Soccer Fields around 9:00 pm.
