Springville Art City Days celebration is filled with fun for the entire family. Voted “Best Of Utah County” by Daily Herald readers in 2013, 2012 , and 2011. Art City Days has a myriad of activities and events for all ages, and most are free to the public. There are concerts, contests, parades, carnival, fireworks, hot air balloons, children’s art festival, and so much more!
